Shipping / Orders
Items ordered and paid for will ship from our fulfillment center within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Due to COVID 19, USPS deliveries can take up to one month to deliver in US. We sadly do not have control over third party shippers.
If Customs charges occur please note that the buyer (you) is 100% responsible for the fees. MARA is not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs.
How soon can I expect my order?
Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing extended shipping times. Please know that all orders are fulfilled within 48 hours and are picked up from our warehouse. Shipping labels showing up as "Pre-Shipment" have also already left our facility and are waiting to be scanned by USPS, which can take up to two weeks. Domestic orders can take up to one month to deliver.
If you can’t wait that long, we offer UPS and Overnight options priced by zipcode and weight.
For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.
Order and Shipping Issues
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right email@example.com. We want to make sure you’re happy and will try our hardest to resolve any issues.
MARA is not responsible for shipments shown as “delivered” in the tracking info. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package. If your building is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery. Please contact our Support team to arrange as we do not include this cost or service with shipping.
Refunds / Exchanges
MARA will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate. We sell three sizes of our best selling face oils so you can try a smaller size without committing to the full size.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return unopened items.
All items purchased with any promo code are final sale.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
MARA is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MARA.

Is everything natural?
We’ve sourced the finest, clean ingredients and are committed to using as many natural ingredients as possible. Algae + Moringa® Universal Face Oil is 100% natural.
At MARA, we also believe in science and use the best possible ingredients to give you clean, non-toxic formulas and amazing results. We like to remind our customers that natural doesn’t always mean it’s good for you and science doesn’t always equal bad.
Do products vary in color and scent?
Due to natural ingredients, MARA products can vary in scent and color from batch to batch depending on the harvest. Our products are stability tested for extreme temperatures and will not spoil in transit, but should still be stored in a cool, dark place if possible.

What is the shelf life of your products?
If stored properly, our products have a shelf life of one year. Since our products are clean, they must be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of direct sunlight.
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, we are Leaping Bunny Certified. Algae + Moringa® Universal Face Oil, Evening Primrose + Green Tea® Algae Retinol Oil, and Chia + Moringa® Algae Enzyme Cleansing Oil are vegan and all MARA products are cruelty-free.
