The joy current, which feels natural to the summer season. It’s about feeling, living, and doing.
What’s one product, step, or practice you’ll never rush, no matter how busy you are?
Cleansing, it’s important to reset your mind, body, and space.
What’s a ritual you’ve returned to — or one you’ve let go of?
I’ve let go of the ritual of overthinking and allowing others to have power, the ritual of creating a dialogue has become so powerful for me to find harmony in my relationships. In that there’s a theme of prioritize myself, my sleep routine of having a shower, skincare, digestive tea, and ample hydration is a non negotiatiable .
What does luxury feel like to you at this exact moment and how does it show up in your everyday life?
Luxury is health, when I feel present and putting my nourishment, rest, and joy forward that is health.
How are you cleansing your energy right now?
Taking space and allowing time to be vast is how I cleanse my energy I find myself burning copal to cleanse my home. After that I can perform my ritual of a deep cleanse in the shower, my shower is my sanctuary.
What’s a trend or habit you wish people would unlearn immediately?
What has transformed my skin the most is nourishment, not even being strict honestly letting go and eating what you know feels good in your body. For me it’s fresh fruit, a meal balanced from all food groups, an icecream cone on a hot day. Let joy lead, not rigidness.

Oh my goodness the body oil. It’s the cherry on top to a reset.
