We do our best to make your skin glow. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Click here to start a return.

We offer the option to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order by selecting Checkout+ at the time of purchase. If you select Checkout+, there is no additional charge for returning your item(s) back to us.

If you choose to forgo Checkout+, an $11 return and handling fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount, not inclusive of original ship costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Discount Codes

Discount codes for signing up for Email and SMS are not applicable towards new product launches within one months of launch. Code expires 14 days after Email/SMS sign up. All items purchased with a discount are final sale.

Final Sale Items

All items purchased on promotion, with a promo code, in a skincare set, or on pre-order are final sale, no exceptions. Skincare sets are not eligible for promos. Dietary supplements and select MARA merch are final sale.

Damaged Items

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please submit a request here with photo proof of the damage/defect. While MARA is not responsible for damages occurring during shipping, we are happy to offer a replacement once the damaged item is returned.
