We do our best to make your skin glow. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Click here to start a return.

We offer the option to unlock free return shipping later for eligible items in your order by selecting Checkout+ at the time of purchase. If you select Checkout+, there is no additional charge for returning your item(s) back to us.

If you choose to forgo Checkout+, an $11 return and handling fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount, not inclusive of original ship costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Discount Items

Discount codes for signing up for Email and SMS are not applicable towards new product launches within one month of launch. Email/SMS welcome code expires 14 days after sign up.

All items purchased with a discount are final sale.

Final Sale Items

All items purchased on promotion, with a promo code, in a skincare set, or on pre-order are final sale, no exceptions. Skincare sets are not eligible for promos. Dietary supplements and select MARA merch are final sale.

Damaged Items

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please submit a request here with photo proof of the damage/defect. While MARA is not responsible for damages occurring during shipping, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund once the damaged item is returned.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please initiate your return through this portal here within the 14-day window. Please note: Customers are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return postage.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by MARA.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or used after delivery, where the seal has been broken, as these products cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
